Apprenticeship and Internship
Our apprentice program includes hands-on experience. It offers the opportunity to learn how to organically grow vegetable crops. The program is designed for individuals who want to organically farm as an occupation. We also offer a summer internship program.

Employment
Mattawoman Creek Farms offers year round, seasonal, and part time employment. We experience our highest need for labor during the months of March through September. Our farm work includes harvesting, washing and packing, preparing orders, making deliveries, seeding and planting, irrigation, farm maintenance, weeding and cultivation, and staffing farmers markets.
