Apprentice Program
Our apprentice program includes hands-on experience. It offers the opportunity to learn how to organically grow vegetable crops and operate a farming business. The program is designed for individuals who want to organically farm as an occupation and who can commit to an average of 1 1/2 years to complete the program.

Employment
Mattawoman Creek Farms offers seasonal employment during our growing season. Our labor force needs begin in April and end in October, with the highest need for labor being from May through September.
